Credit Policy
Clear, transparent rules governing VOX Credits, consumption rates, top-up balances, and carryover rules.
1. What are VOX Credits?
VOX Credits are the computational currency used across VoxClient to power AI model inferences, Brand Memory analysis, multi-channel copy generation, and multimodal image inspection. Every AI interaction safely burns credits based on actual compute consumed.
2. Token Conversion Rate
Credits are calculated at the rate of 1 VOX Credit per 500 AI model tokens (combined input and output tokens). Token remainders under 500 are tracked in your workspace remainder accumulator and automatically applied toward future turns so you never forfeit partial compute.
3. Plan Allowances vs. Top-Up Credits
- ◆ Plan Credits: Each subscription tier includes a monthly allowance of VOX Credits that refreshes at each billing cycle. Unused monthly plan credits do not roll over between subscription cycles.
- ◆ Top-Up Credits: Workspaces may purchase non-expiring VOX Credit top-ups at any time to handle heavy project surges.
- ◆ Consumption Priority: System operations always deduct from your active plan credits first. Top-up credits are only drawn down once monthly plan credits are exhausted.
4. Subscription Requirements for Top-Up Usage
Top-up credits require an active or trialing paid subscription to be utilized for workspace generation. If a subscription lapses or is canceled, remaining top-up credits are safely preserved on your workspace ledger and reactivate immediately upon plan renewal.
5. Ledger Transparency
Every credit deduction is atomically recorded in your workspace credit ledger with exact timestamps, model details, token counts, and triggering user IDs. You can view real-time balances directly in your workspace dashboard.
6. Refunds and Adjustments
