We believe client privacy is a non-negotiable architectural standard. Here is how we isolate, protect, and respect your agency and client data.
1. Operational Identity & Scope
VoxClient ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by KUNAL BHARSAKALE, provides an AI brand voice and multi-client marketing operations platform designed for agencies and creative operators. This Privacy Policy governs all data processed through our application, backend APIs, and web services.
2. Client Brand Data Isolation (Zero Cross-Bleed)
We architect our systems with strict multi-tenant sandboxing. Client materials you upload (style guides, past posts, brand voice documents, and proprietary notes) are isolated strictly to your designated workspace. Your client data is never used to train public foundational AI models, nor is it ever exposed to other agencies on the platform.
3. Information We Collect
- • Account Credentials: Email address, workspace names, and authentication tokens managed securely via Supabase Auth.
- • Client Memory Profiles: Tone calibration parameters, vocabulary guidelines, brand taboos, and deliverable drafts.
- • Transaction Data: Subscription plans, seat counts, and top-up credit purchases processed via Razorpay. We do not store raw credit card numbers.
- • Session Telemetry: Single-device session tokens to protect against unauthorized account sharing.
4. Infrastructure & Encryption Standards
All data transmitted to and from VoxClient is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols. Databases are encrypted at rest with AES-256 standard encryption.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You maintain full ownership of all content ingested into VoxClient. You may export or permanently delete any client profile, Brand Memory version, or account data at any time directly through the Workspace interface, or by emailing hello@thevoxclient.com.
