By using VoxClient, you agree to these terms. Written in straightforward terms governing agency subscriptions, team seats, and content ownership.
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating a workspace or using VoxClient, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. VoxClient is operated by KUNAL BHARSAKALE.
2. Account Access & Single-Device Security
Each team member seat is licensed for a single authorized human user. To protect client confidentiality and prevent unauthorized account pooling, VoxClient enforces single-device session locking. You agree not to distribute shared master credentials.
3. Client Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
You and your agency clients retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all materials uploaded and all content generated through VoxClient. We claim zero proprietary rights over your generated posts, threads, or Brand Memory configurations.
4. Subscriptions, Seats & Credit Usage
- • Monthly Plan Credits: Reset automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
- • Top-Up Credits: Stored in a permanent reserve balance that never expires and rolls over month-to-month.
- • Team Seats: Billed at $10/seat/month, granting direct simultaneous workspace access.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the service to produce malicious software, defamatory statements, phishing content, or automated harassment campaigns. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating safety standards.
